DTFC Body Sculpting is a muscle-toning class designed to strengthen and tone every muscle from head to toe. Optimal strength training requires more than a few reps in the weight room.

Achieve your desired muscle tone by using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, and more. This fun, effective is for all levels of fitness.

Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? DTFC Extreme is the class for you!

Each week both the format and equipment used in this class will change to increase calorie burn and total body workout by stimulating muscle activity in different ways.

Leave your dancing shoes at home! This is not your typical cardio kickboxing class. This is an intense total body workout that improves strength, endurance, coordination, and balance.

DTFC Kickboxing-fitness is designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and healthier state of mind, while burning between 300 and 600 calories per session.

X-Bike™ Remix Indoor Cycle is the only total-body group exercise class based on the real outdoor experience! A certified X-Bike™ Instructor will incorporate techniques like "pumping" up a climb, incorporating upper-body conditioning to the indoor biking experience.

This 55 minute aerobic dance class will improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, agility, flexibility and overall health. Enjoy a lively mix of cardio and muscle strengthening for the upper and lower body, all while improving flexibility.

DTFC Stretch and Strengthening is a 50 minute class that includes stretches on the mat to increase flexibility and better range of motion, as well as strengthening exercises using props such as bands and/or balls to target various muscle groups. Modifications and adjustments to positions will be provided for optimal benefit.
